Services: AI Consulting, AI-Powered RPA implementation, AI Operating System architecture, and any other digital solutions offered by the Provider. User: Any natural or legal person who accesses the Site or requests an Audit/Offer.

AI System: Algorithms, data processing models, and automations developed by AIVIEW DIGITAL SRL.

All content on this site (texts, graphics, logos, source code, software architecture) is the exclusive property of AIVIEW DIGITAL SRL and is protected by copyright laws.  

• The User does not have the right to copy, reproduce, or sell any part of the services or content without prior written consent.

• In the case of custom implementations, intellectual property rights over the developed solutions will be regulated by individual service agreements.

4. Use of Services and Limitation of Liability:

• AIVIEW DIGITAL SRL makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its automation solutions, but cannot be held liable for business decisions made by Clients based on outputs generated by AI systems.

• The Provider does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free in the event of technical failures of third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud providers, external APIs).

• Limitation: The maximum liability of AIVIEW DIGITAL SRL to any User, for any damage, is limited to the amount paid by the respective User to the Provider in the last 3 months.

5. Free Audit Policy

Free audits offered through the website are subject to the availability of our team. AIVIEW DIGITAL SRL reserves the right to select eligible companies for audits based on technical complexity and implementation potential.
